Terms & Conditions<br />
• Stay and events dates should be between 15-May and 30-Sept 2018<br />
• Minimum of 10 rooms on peak nights<br />
• Must have at least one event component<br />
(meeting or conference, dinner, reception, etc)
2. GROUPS ON REPEAT<br />
Book your next <strong>MICE</strong> or corporate group and the following credit<br />
amount will be applied to the succeeding number of groups booked:<br />
2nd Group – 3% of the master bill* of the previous group to be used as<br />
credit to the succeeding group<br />
3rd & 4th Group – 5% of the master bill* of the previous group to be<br />
used as credit to the succeeding group<br />
5th Group and more – 7% of the master bill* of the previous group to<br />
be used as credit to the succeeding group<br />
* Master bill less 10% municipality fee, 10% service charge, 5% VAT and<br />
Tourism Dirham<br />

• Stay dates should not be later than 30-Dec 2018<br />
• Minimum of 10 rooms on peak nights<br />
• Should have booked and confirmed a <strong>MICE</strong> and Corporate Group<br />
from 1-Jan 2018
3. EVENTS ON REPEAT<br />
Book your event with us again and the following credit amount will be<br />

4. SOCIAL REFERRAL<br />
Have you hosted your event with us ? Refer us to any of your friends or<br />
family. The referring person will choose any ONE from the following:<br />
• Weekend stay for 1 night for 2 persons with breakfast<br />
valid for 6 months from issuance<br />
• F&B voucher for 4 persons valid for 1 year from issuance<br />
• Spa voucher for 2 person valid for 6 months from issuance<br />
• Pool access for 2 months<br />
• Gym access for 2 months<br />
Terms & Conditions<br />
• Lead should be sent in writing from the booker who has had a personal<br />
event booked and confirmed from 1-Jan 2018<br />
• To avail of the incentive, the referred booking should be confirmed<br />
and paid<br />
• Referred booking should not be later than 31-Dec 2018
5. ORGANIZER’S DEAL<br />
For Professional Conference Organizers, book your first ever group and<br />
event with us to receive the following commission:<br />
30-50 RNs = 5%*<br />
51-150 RNs = 7%*<br />
151 RNs and more = 10%*<br />
* Percentage commission will be calculated on base rate without 10<br />
municipality fee, 10% service charge, 5% VAT and Tourism Dirham<br />
Terms & Conditions<br />
• First group booking should be received from professional booking<br />
organizers.<br />
• Stay dates should be before 30-Dec 2018<br />
• Minimum of 10 rooms on peak nights<br />
• Applicable only to companies whose nature of business is organizing<br />
conferences, exhibitions, meetings, acting like 3rd party, for a corporate<br />
company, with or without rooms<br />
• Benefit should be used along with the same period of the group’s stay,<br />
and is subject to availability
