Single Barrel Tennessee Rye Whiskey<br />
draws its wonderful flavour from a<br />
unique 70% rye grain bill, matured to<br />
perfection in our handmade oak barrels,<br />
positioned in the upper reaches of our<br />
barrelhouses. Bottled at 94 proof, this is<br />
a big, bold rye that does not overpower.<br />
Complex flavours of ripe fruit mingle with<br />
light toasted oak notes, allowing the rye<br />
grain to shine through, creating a taste<br />
rich with spice and a pleasant<br />
lingering finish.<br />

Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey<br />
showcases the five sources of flavour<br />
with an emphasis on spice to deliver a<br />
long, sweetly spiced finish.<br />
Made from 53% rye, 14% malt, 33%<br />
corn – the liquid is a rich honeyed colour,<br />
while the aroma is spicy with distinct<br />
notes of rye, black pepper, cedar and<br />
cassia bark sweetened with a dusting<br />
of marzipan. Hints of pear, apple and<br />
almond dance in its depths. On the<br />
palate, clove, rye, mint, molasses,<br />
sorghum and honey are mingled together<br />
with hints of apple and malt.<br />
