Hello! Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Hills Prospect. The
largest independent drinks distributor in London and the South East.
We supply a comprehensive range of establishments; from high-end
restaurants, bars, hotels and public houses to local sports and social
clubs with the widest choice of quality products — both the tried-andtested
favourites and on-trend craft brands.
Established in 1977, the company has grown with irrepressible strength
and changed dramatically since then. From an initial trading area in
Essex, Hills Wholesale began supplying top quality beers, wines and
spirits to local pubs, clubs and restaurants. After continued success
within this arena, Hills Wholesale merged with Prospect Distributors
Limited in 2009. Also founded in 1977, Prospect Distributors shared the
same customer focus qualities with an enviable reputation for service.
And so began Hills Prospect PLC, with an extensive new premises, an
expanding team and an ever-increasing portfolio of premium products.
So that's us. Now we’d love to get to know you better. We would

From the very first call, our sales team will
ensure the customer service you receive is
second to none.
With dedicated and knowledgeable
representatives operating in your area, we
are always just a call away. With tastings,
food pairing advice and extensive market
knowledge, choosing the right products
for your venue couldn’t be easier. We will
visit at a time convenient for you, talk
through your options and tailor your
order to meet all your requirements.
Ongoing orders can be directed to
our telesales team, with real-time stock
information and up-to-the-minute pricing,
your order can be placed and a delivery
booked within minutes, giving you the
confidence to get on with the rest
of your day.
On the (very early) morning of your
delivery, our trained picker staff will handselect
each of your chosen items from our
fully-stocked 65,000 sq ft warehouse and
carefully load them into our liveried fleet,
ready for dispatch.
During your allotted delivery window, our
courteous uniformed staff will unload your
order safely, placing it where requested
and rotating your existing stock to ensure
products are used in correct date order.

OPTIONS
We are confident you will not find a
better delivery service than ours. We offer
deliveries six days a week, with guaranteed
next day delivery when you place your
order before 2.30pm.
Our drivers are true ambassadors of our
company and they often get criticised for
over-delivering! (Although not literally...)
They are courteous, punctual and they
will unload and store your delivery
wherever you would like it. You will be
given a preferred delivery day and time
window, and your driver will call ahead to
update you on any changes allowing you
to get on with the rest of your day.
Operating across the whole of London
and the South East, in our own fleet, our
fully-uniformed drivers are employed by
us, trained to the highest standards and
are always there to answer any questions
you might have.
We also offer national delivery through
our distribution partners, meaning that
if you’re not based in our primary delivery
area, you can still benefit from the
exceptional service we have to offer.

with both national and regional brewers,
we can provide full technical service and
brand support. We benefit from the same
successful relationships from the largest
international to the smallest independent
spirit companies. We also recognise the
fast changing soft drink category and our
relationships have grown accordingly.
STAFF EDUCATION SESSIONS
From how to advise customers on wine
choices, to opening and perfectly pouring,
our staff training sessions, run at the
venue of your choice, are informative
and indispensable in ensuring your
guests receive the perfect experience,
each time they visit.

Need a new menu or wine list design?
Talk to our in-house design team. With
25 years combined industry experience,
and having worked with some of the
country’s biggest chefs, we understand
how to sell your new products to your
customers. Whether you have a theme in
mind or if you’d like us to design concepts
for you, we will ensure you receive the
perfect menu for your establishment.
TASTING SESSIONS
Can’t decide which products to choose?
We can organise personal tasting
sessions, packed with information about
the product, its origin and its producer,
to help you narrow down your options.
These fun, informal sessions are led
by our knowledgeable team and are
a must-do if you just can’t choose or
