BERRY FIZZ 

YOU WILL NEED: 

• 35ml Adnams Copper 

House Pink Gin 

• 20ml lime juice 

• 250ml Belvoir 

Raspberry Lemonade 

• 6 raspberries 

METHOD: 

Muddle 4 raspberries gently at the bottom 

of a rocks glass. Add your Adnams Pink Gin 

and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake 

with ice, strain into the glass, then top 

with the Belvoir Raspberry Lemonade. 

Swizzle, and garnish with the remaining 

raspberries and a twist of lime.
