AMERICAN RIVER PALE ALE
Pale Ale
ABV 5.6%
Our version of the West Coast classic Pale Ale is both
extremely balanced and refreshing, crisp and highly
drinkable. A delicate caramel malt profile gives way
to a vibrant hop flavor, with a dry citrus hop aroma
and orangey fruitiness in the finish.
OLD TOWN BROWN
Brown Ale
ABV 3.8%
Styled after the classic English Brown Ale, Old Town
Brown is truly one of the most sessionable ales on the
menu. Old Town Brown has a smooth yet complex
maltiness derived from a special blend of roasted
chocolate and caramel malts. Don’t be surprised if you
can’t just order one!
PU 240 IMPERIAL IPA
IPA
ABV 8%
Named after the isotope essential for nuclear grade
weapons, this “Weapons Grade Ale” is the hop bomb
you didn’t see coming! At 100 bittering units, PU 240
captures the explosive hop flavor and aroma necessary
to achieve a critical mass that you won’t find in other
high-hop ales.
MIDNIGHT HOPPYNESS
Imperial Black Rye IPA
ABV 8%
This imperial black rye IPA has both a dark malt and
high hop flavor: why have one or the other when you
can have both? The rich malt flavor is complemented
by a distinct yet balanced hop presence. Aromas and
flavors of citrusy hops merge with a mild chocolatelike
malt character.
BREAKING BUD
India Pale Ale
ABV 6.5%
Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to
the classic IPA. At 50 IBU’s and 6.5% ABV, Breaking
Bud features the restrained bitterness and alcohol of
a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and
aromas of Mosaic. Also in the hop mix are Simcoe
and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine
and dank. A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and
a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while
adding flavor complexity.
SIMTRA
Triple IPA
ABV 11.25%
Simtra Triple IPA delivers a punch in the face with its
very danky hop aroma derived from Simcoe and Citra
hops. You wanted more hops you got them.
