Quartzsite Visitor Guide 2018

Camel Express Quartzsite’s Transit Service
provides dial-a-ride and fixed route
bus service throughout La Paz County,
southern Mohave County, Central Yuma
County and eastern Riverside County.
Camel Express service areas include
Quartzsite, and surrounding areas, Ehrenberg,
Parker, Lake Havasu City, Yuma,
and Blythe California. Through coordination
of services Camel Express can
assist passengers to make connections
to McCarran Airport Las Vegas, Yuma
International Airport, Amtrak, Greyhound
and border destinations.
Service Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30
AM to 4:30 PM the last pick up of the day
available at 4:00 PM
Transit buses are ADA complaint having
lifts available for boarding and exiting the
bus. Camel Express is continuing to expand
amenities to meet the needs of our
growing ridership. Our newest feature
is bicycle racks on two of our busses.
The bicycle racks hold 2 bikes apiece,
allowing passengers going to local and
regional destinations the freedom to ride
and explore in different areas.

and throughout the town. Fares are
paid for each one way trip, cash is the
preferred method of payment. Operators
cannot provide change. Passengers may
ride one way or round trip.

of Commerce and Tourism 1240 W Main
For reservations, call Quartzsite Town
Hall (928) 927-4333, choose option3
for transit. Reservations are required for
all trips and can be made for next day
service up to 7 days in advance. Same
day reservations are allowed on a space
available basis only, which is very limited.
