Measuring our Success<br />
We will measure our success by using a range of indicators. These will be reviewed<br />
throughout the life of the Strategy and there will be development of further specific<br />
measures for each strand should this be necessary.<br />
Our generic measures will be:<br />
Staff retention figures<br />
Staff survey responses<br />
Exit interview data<br />
Attendance at work data<br />
Learning and Development evaluations<br />
Improved personal performance evidenced through My Performance<br />
Improved organisational performance evidenced through our<br />
Corporate Assessment processes<br />
By formally and informally assessing our cultural improvement<br />
Each strand will have an associated action plan and People Services will report on the<br />
progress achieved to ensure delivery of the Strategy.<br />
