Bluff will once again host<br />

their annual Memorial Day<br />

ceremonies and celebration<br />

Monday, May 27.<br />

Lake Forest will begin<br />

its ceremony and celebration<br />

at 10:45 a.m., Monday,<br />

May 27 in Market<br />

Square.<br />

The American Legion,<br />

McKinlock Post 264 invites<br />

residents to join in<br />

celebrating and honoring<br />

fallen U.S. service members<br />

for the annual Memorial<br />

Day Ceremony held<br />

in Market Square in Lake<br />

Forest.<br />

This year the Legion is<br />

honored to have Commander<br />

Omar Martinez from<br />

Naval Station Great Lakes<br />

as a special guest speaker,<br />

and the Lake Forest High<br />

School Concert Band to<br />

accompany the ceremony<br />

with patriotic music.<br />

Lake Bluff will begin its<br />

ceremony at 10 a.m., Monday,<br />

May 27 on the Village<br />

Green.<br />

The guest speaker is<br />

Paul Baffico, of Lake<br />

Bluff, a Vietnam War veteran,<br />

a volunteer docent<br />

at the Vietnam Veterans<br />

Memorial, the 2012 Red<br />

Cross Military Hero of the<br />

Year for Greater Chicago<br />

and founder of the Lake<br />

County Veterans and Family<br />

Services Foundation.<br />
