NOTES & REMINDERS
• Lake House Rental - must be a Lakemont resident, must be current in
yearly assessments, must submit payment and application to secure the
date. We are on a first come first serve basis, residents must submit the
rental application and a refundable $200 deposit and a $170 usage fee,
only payable by check or money order.
• Lakemont Patrol - Residents who will be out of town for the summer can
send their property information to lakemontwatch@yahoo.com, where
on-site patrol will be able to keep a watch on the vacant home.
• Lakemont Community Association is a single family residential home
community. It is against the deed restrictions to run any business or to
operate a group home in Lakemont CA. The Association will actively pursue
any businesses or group home being run in the community.
• Trashcans cannot be stored in the fronts or sides of home where they are
visible and must be stored out of view.
• Reminder to please trim trees.
• Previous pool cards handed out will remain active for the 2018 pool
season. Free pool cards will apply to new residents only. If you have any
issues with your current pool card please stop by the on-site office.
• Please be advised that there is No fishing, swimming, motor vehicles or
boating allowed in the lakes or lake area.
• Please drive with care, children are at play.
• Please report any vandalism to Jessica Delgado at 832-595-6808 and
the Lakemont Patrol. Lakemont will prosecute all vandals, as this costs
the community money for repairs. We can save costs on repairs if we all
work together on preventing these occurrences. We appreciate everyone’s
cooperation with this matter.

Community Association.
The common area
includes but is not limited
to its lakes, walkways,
sidewalks and
parks. The Owner will
first be issued a warning
and then fines will
then be issued. Fines
against an Owner will be assessed against the Owner’s Lot.
The Owner will be responsible for the actions of all residents,
guests and invitees of the Owner and any fines against such
residents, guests and invitees will also be assessed against
the Owner’s Lot. Owner will be responsible for any damages
to the common areas caused by an ATV. Cost for damages
will be assessed back to the Owner’s Lot.
