May you continue to sing a new song to
the Lord, for the marvellous things He is
doing in your life, in Jesus’ name.
As we are entering into June, our month of
Fasting & Prayer, may we challenge you to
keep your eyes on the Lord. The June Fasting & Prayer will be our season
of revival. According to Habbukuk 3:2 (NKJV), may God revive your spirit.
May He a new thing in your life.
We declare that in June you will run against a troop, by your God you shall
leap over a wall. You will breakthrough. You shall be a stranger to failure. A
stranger to obstacles. God will strengthen you on every side. He is making
your desire come to pass.

There shall be restoration, elevation and creative miracles. God will cause
you to be strong. Wickedness and failure are removed for your sake. You
shall not be contained. You shall not be limited. You shall not be put aside.
In June I’m going forward; multiplying financially, materially; spiritually,
martially; emotionally; mentally; spiritually; socially in Jesus name.

ROYALS EVENT.
OVERCOMER: THE STORY
BEHIND MY PRAISE’
The KICC Basildon ROYALS
event was held for Young Adults
within the community at Elim
Pentecostal Church on Saturday
31st March 2018.
The event was held to allow the
opportunity for Young Adults
to share their testimonies of
the ‘stories behind their praise’
and also encourage those who
attended with the Word and
testimonies shared.
It was a glorious day hearing
the wonderful testimonies from
members of the congregation
of how they are overcomers.
Members of the congregation
actively participated in group
discussions and the Question
and Answer session that was
held. Many felt empowered
and encouraged after the event.

KICC BASILDON
RESURRECTION
SUNDAY- CHURCH
SERVICE
The event was held on the 1st April
2018 at KICC Basildon. The service
celebrated the resurrection of our Lord
and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Members
of KICC Basildon attended the Church
service to celebrate this joyful occasion.
It was a wonderful service of
celebration. Members of Kings Kids
ministered to the congregation through
song. Members of the congregation
were blessed by the efforts and
commitment shown by the children who
participated.
The congregation was also blessed with
praise and worship, which was led by
the Choir.
The Resident Minister preached
on ‘The Significance of the Resurrection
of Jesus Christ’

KICC BRISTOL PRAISE TABERNACLE:
THIS IS MY STORY CAREERS EVENT
On Sunday, April 15th a careers event was hosted by KICC Bristol with the theme “This is my Story”. This
included talks from current students, recent graduates and working professionals who are active members of
KICC Bristol. Advice was given on A-level choices, university applications, postgraduate study, job applications
and CV enhancement. Each of the speakers openly shared their personal experiences of education and
employment. The event also included a question and answer session, giving parents and students a time to
interact with the speakers.
KICC BRISTOL SPRING WOMEN’S MEETING
On Saturday, April 28th the Women of KICC Bristol met to fellowship together. This involved a time of prayer,
bonding and cake-making, where many brought out their creative side!

TESTIMONIES
THE LORD IS MY PROTECTOR
I would like to testify on the goodness of our lord,
his grace and his goodness and his protection is
sufficient. I have been a member of KICC for many
years and God has done many miracles in my
life. However, this miracle surpasses every other
miracle!
looking for a bush to hide in. As I was running a
gunman was directly behind me, shooting his
gun repeatedly. As I was running away from the
crossfire he saw me but at the same time he never
saw me. This was surely Gods intervention, I can’t
even explain was it like. It was as though I was
suddenly invisible to them.
During the recent Easter break I went to a boxing
event with friends and family. Afterwards I took my
cousin to his home in North London.
As I was driving back home, along Tottenham High
Street, I suddenly heard shooting. To my surprise I
saw a young teenage boy directly opposite me on
the other side of the road, shooting a real hand gun
at a group of people.
I panicked and just drove further down the road. I
called my cousin and told him about the shooting.
I told him not to leave the house that night.
While I was still talking to my cousin I stopped at
a red. Suddenly I heard a loud bang! A large 4X4
vehicle drove into the back of my car and drove off
at very high speed. Seconds later there were more
gun shots and loud banging as the bullets were
piercing through cars and metal on the road side.
I turned to the right hand side and I saw the same
gunman as before now in a vehicle with a gang and
they were shooting in my direction – they were
shooting at a rival gang in a car just behind me.
I kept running, I didn’t know if they were going to
mistake me for someone else. As I was running
past the gunmen everything happened so fast.
I was talking to God, thinking unfortunately my
time may be up. I was asking God why do I have
to die like this? What about my family? But God
is a miracle worker. He kept me protected and
covered me during the whole situation. I escaped
unharmed and no innocent member of the public
died that night.
Unfortunately the same gang took the life of
another young teenage girl just 2 days after. I want
to encourage the church to continue praying for
our youths in London, UK.

KICC PRAYER CITY
GOD IS OUR VERY PRESENT HELP
I want to thank God for His love and mercy. Some
time ago, my younger brother was arrested on an
account of a crime he knew nothing about. Despite
the fact that he had an alibi, the anti-robbery
squad (SARS) picked him up and he was charged.
We employed lawyers, but to no avail.
I wanted to drive away but I couldn’t because my
car was now stuck in road works after being hit.
A bullet hit my car, people were screaming and
running around in a panic and some were running
into their homes. More gangs where arriving with
guns. I decided that if I was going to die that night,
it wouldn’t be in my car in a crossfire of bullets.
I decided to leave my car and run for my life. I
jumped out of my car and ran down the road
However, one particular Sunday several
declarations were made during service, and I
trusted God for His release.
Following this I received a call to say that my
brother had been discharged and acquitted. He
was released. Praise God!
