Compass Destination Entry System
The Compass destination entry system alleviates lobby congestion by directing passengers to
assigned cars. It also reduces passenger travel time by limiting the number of stops per trip.
Passengers input their destination by using touch screens and keypads strategically placed
throughout the lobby. The system instantly assigns passengers to designated cars, where they
are grouped with other passengers going to neighboring floors. The Compass system can also
interface with the building security systems to enable various security features such as Seamless
Entry and securing floors.
