five-minute ferry ride (also reachable by
car) from Kaohsiung Harbour. This is a
favourite place to eat fresh seafood and
to explore the various landmarks such
as the Cijin Windmill Park and Cihou
Lighthouse.
2 Visit Meinong, a small Hakka village,
to experience rustic Hakka culture.

Bellus Inn
The boutique hotel operates from a
shophouse and has six guest rooms,
where each room has a different interior
decor. The company runs an interior
design business as well, that targets at
the high-end segment. Bellus Inn was
created as a showcase of their work to
reach out to more people, and allow
guests to experience living in rooms
designed by the company.

3 Hamasen Railway Cultural Park was
originally Kaohsiung’s first railway station
and now houses the Takao Railway
Museum. The century-old railway is
well preserved and visitors can view the
vintage trains on display.
