Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 10 days pending receipt of a deposit after which time the booking<br />
will be released.<br />
All events are subject to availability.<br />
A £10.00 deposit per person is required to confirm all festive menu bookings, party night bookings and Boxing day<br />
brunch bookings and should be collected and paid by one party organiser.<br />
A £20.00 deposit is required to confirm all Christmas day bookings.<br />
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (e.g. cannot be used for beverage purchases)<br />
Bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is received for each guest, along with a signed copy of terms and<br />
conditions. If you are paying on behalf of a large group, please send one cheque or arrange payment by one<br />
credit/debit card only. Cheques should be made out to 'Three Salmons Hotel.'<br />
Any bookings cancelled prior to the Friday 16th November 2018 will result in a loss of any deposits paid.<br />
Bookings cancelled after the Friday 16th November 2018 will result in the party organiser being charged the total<br />
value of all the facilities reserved i.e. meals, accommodation.<br />
Should you book after the Friday 16th November 2018 or add additional guests (subject to availability) full payment<br />
will be requested in full immediately.<br />
Final payments for your whole party and pre-order (collected by one party organiser) for starters, mains and desserts<br />
will be required by Friday 16th November 2018. Any further special dietary requirements will also need to be<br />
confirmed at this time.<br />
Although dishes may not contain nuts as an ingredient, there is a possibility that they will contain nut traces. The hotel<br />
does not accept any responsibility for nut or other allergies. It is essential that any guests with allergies discuss these<br />
with the hotel pre-arrival and we shall do our best to accommodate these.<br />

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason at its discretion -all deposits and payments will be<br />
refunded or an alternative option given.<br />
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the company, organiser or individual for any<br />
damages caused by unreasonable behaviour.<br />
