THE FUNERAL SERVICE FOR ROGER FENELEY will be held at <strong>St</strong> <strong>Mary</strong> <strong>Redcliffe</strong> <strong>Church</strong> on<br />
Friday 6 Jul at 11am, followed by a wake in the church. Our condolences to<br />
Roger’s family and friends.<br />
GROMIT UNLEASHED 2: We are again hosting a Gromit as part of the ‘Gromit<br />
Unleashed 2’. Our Gromit, sponsored by Immediate Media, will be staying with<br />
us from 02 <strong>July</strong> to 02 Sept and will be sitting in from of the North <strong>St</strong>eps. Gromit<br />
will undoubtedly be bringing more visitors to us particularly over weekends.<br />
We are looking for stewards in church all day Saturdays and Sunday afternoons<br />
throughout this periods. If you can help or know someone that may be<br />

‘LET THERE BE LIGHT’ LIGHTING PROJECT From mid-<strong>July</strong> until late September<br />
contractors will be working in the church as part of the first phase of our<br />
lighting project. Most of the work will be taking place in the roof space but on<br />
occasions you may find parts of the church closed off (Mon to Fri only). I will<br />
update before any areas of the church are closed off. Please contact Peter<br />
Rignall in the Parish Office with any questions relating to this project<br />
REDCLIFFE NURSERY SCHOOL AND CHILDREN’S CENTRE have new extra spaces for 2-4<br />
year olds. For the 10 th year running, Ofsted has given the school an “Excellent”<br />

ROAD CLOSURES SUN 8 JULY: There will be several road closures on Sun 8 Jul due to<br />
the Bristol Cycle Road Race. Areas affected include Queen Square, Welsh Back,<br />
