What is THE BEST diet to stop food cravings?<br />

I know I?ve said that diets don?t work and that you should ditch the dieting mindset, but<br />

allow me to tell you why I?m going to talk about the ?D-word? today.<br />

Why I Dislike t he Word ?Diet ?<br />

First, let me tell you why I?really don?t like the word ?diet.?The?Merriam Webst er and<br />

Oxford dictionaries?define ?diet??in?a number of ways. Here are three:<br />

1. food and drink regularly provided or consumed<br />

2. a special course of food to which one restricts oneself, either to lose weight or for<br />

medical reasons.<br />

3. to?restrict oneself to small amounts or special kinds of food in order to lose<br />

weight.<br />

For the vast majority of women, ?diet??means?a temporary way of eating so they can<br />

achieve their respective goals, then going back to the way they ate before.<br />

That?s why?I?really?dislike the word ?diet.?<br />

If you?re looking for a way to stop your cravings, lose weight, or reduce emotional eating<br />

and/or overeating,?a temporary fix isn?t going to cut it. You must make lifestyle changes<br />

which will produce lifelong results.
