This catalog presents MADE IN KOSOVA products and services assessed to be ready for export. The catalog focuses on sectors that have the potential to generate revenues through exports. Many of these companies have already started exporting their products and services to Europe and other regions around the world. The selected businesses are primarily partner enterprises of the USAID EMPOWER Private Sector project, in partnership with the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency. Since July 2014, this project has been engaged in stimulating wide-scale creation of new jobs by boosting the competitiveness of Kosovo firms in sectors ready for development, such as apparel, wood processing, information and communications technology (ICT), renewable energy, tourism and metal processing. To date, this project has created over 2,973 new jobs across Kosovo, with plans to create a total of 5,000 new jobs by July 2019.

Sela Impex manufactures different types of furniture. The company has a 9,700-square-meter production facility,<br />
and is constantly increasing its number of employees and customers. Sela Impex has made continuous<br />
improvements to its capacity by investing in the most advanced wood-processing technology. In addition to sales<br />
within the local market, the company also exports to neighboring countries. Currently, the company has over 90<br />
buyers (furniture showrooms).<br />
The company's near-term vision is to begin manufacturing kitchens and tables, and to export its products to<br />
