Last year, the <strong>Hills</strong> <strong>Prospect</strong> Wine Department expanded,<br />
acquiring the ground floor of Consolidated House. After complete<br />
remodelling and renovation, overseen by Wine Director Collette<br />
Whittington-Bowers, the Wine Room is now fully up and running.<br />
To be used as a meeting space, brand and supplier presentations,<br />
customer tastings and events, WSET courses and examinations,<br />
or even as a relaxing entertainment area, the Wine Room is the<br />
perfect setting.<br />
