McDonald’s and CFP – Our Proposal
Following our discussions, and trials, we are pleased to quote for the supply and fitting of the fresh air filters at
McDonald’s restaurants as outlined below.
Filter costs are based on the Nordair style units, each using four filters per unit. The figures below show costs for
restaurants with 1 to 8 units with additional filters being charged on a pro-rata basis.

Fitting costs are £52.00 per site and Carriage costs are £8.75 per site.
Where the sites still have the older air handling units and the size and quantity of filters differ from the Nordair
units, we will provide a free site survey for each site, and price accordingly.
By installing the Pro-Pleat S Air Filter, the current four changes per year will be reduced to just three changes,
offering an immediate 25% reduction in filter and labour cost across all restaurants.
On average there are two or three units per restaurant with four filters in each, so have based our calculations on
an average of 10 filters per restaurant.
Based on the information above we are pleased to confirm the following based on the circa 1,200 McDonald’s
restaurants.
