Pursuant to the authority and criteria contained in the California Environmental<br />
Quality Act (CEQA), the Planning Director has analyzed<br />
the proposed project. The Planning Director has found that this project<br />
is listed among the classes of projects that have been determined not to<br />

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the City of Malibu,<br />
Fiscal Year (FY) 2017/18 Street Maintenance Project, SPECIFICA-<br />
TION NO. 2074, will be received by the City Clerk, at Malibu City<br />
Hall, 23825 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu, California, 90265, at or before<br />
3:30 p.m. on Thursday, JULY 19, 2018, at which time they will<br />

SCOPE OF WORK<br />
In general, the proposed improvements include mobilization, traffic<br />
control and construction signing, stormwater pollution prevention<br />
plan, record of construction changes, pavement repair, surface preparation<br />

asphalt rubber hot mix, slurry seal, pavement delineation striping and<br />
