Vegan
Do you how many animal-based ingredients are in skincare?
Surprisingly many are hidden in the ingredient lists, such as
Beeswax, Collagen, Keratin, Hyaluronic acid, Squalene,
Lanolin, Stearic acid, Elastin, Honey and Silk. Some of these
ingredients may be from more than one source, such as
Hyaluronic acid, which can be extracted from rooster combs
OR created via bacterial fermentation.
Other ingredients have no non-animal alternative. Lanolin, for
example is a wax taken from the wool of sheep. Lanolin is
known to help skin retain hydration. If lanolin is in a skincare
product, the product can't be vegan-friendly.
All SATIVA TM products are 100% Vegan - using only plant
extracts and essences to achieve premium results.
Cruelty Free
None of the ingredients used in SATIVA products have been
tested on animals. If the ingredients we use weren’t safe
enough to test on ourselves - we wouldn’t use them.
