1. The Idea
“Health and Well-being are starting in the head”- Bettina Gebel
Many Experiences in the area of coaching personal development, also with the mirror
of the horses and as well with the kinesiological Treatments have been showing me,
that the health starts always in the head (mind) – humans as well as animals. That
means, there are emotions, thoughts, the art of living, “negative” believing, which
have a huge influence about the well-being.
To get healthy, and to stay healthy – to have well-feeling, for humans and for animals
in the same way, it’s important to have a new view without limits.
The theme is named holistic health – well-being. It is important to reflect, that every
character of animals, horses, humans is a UNIT. We watch the whole body. We
watch the feelings. We watch the movement. We watch the surroundings. We watch
the language. We hear to the words, sounds. - ALL.
We observe it „ALL“, all what belongs to a person, to an animal. We take it all in our
focus. We take the time, to put all the informations together. Now – a concept is
created which shows paths, new sights for healing, for well-being. It is a process – a
way.
It is a pleasure, to get more health – for humans and animals- enjoyment of life!
The intention is, to build up a team, to have a place, where we can teach this
knowledge - the Academy, where holistic consulting and treatments take place and
as well the important theme of personal development, cause without movement,
development there’s no changement in our or the horses/animals health. Individual
coachings to the special themes for humans and animals are supporting in this way.
The area “Equitherapy” shows children and adolescents with “horses” as a coaching
partner, to find their own way to get more well-being and to be a master of their own
life. A “health-lounge” offers a direct service, to do the right things for the own health.

3. The Academy
The Academy teaches the knowledge about holistic health, well-being and personal
development.
There is a study of distance about the personal development, which uses the mirror
of the horses. The feedbacks oft he horses gives many informations. These
informations are always true, real and authentic. Human personality is always
present for a horse. Just in the moment when we are in touch with the horse, the
horse is reading and scanning.
The study contains 12 letters of studying, 12 clearings-transformations of blockages /
sabotages and 4 practice-seminars, which are located in the Academy directly. Every
student gets his personal Coach.
The academy offers further seminars for companies and the private-personal area of
life.
About the commercial area there are themes in the area of „Companies-Culture“,
Leadership, Teambuilding, Communities, Change management, Time-management,
Management of Conflicts, Money-Carrier, Health management, Training of the
senses…
About the private-personal area of life there are themes in the area of Family-living-
Culture, Leadership about children / adolescents, Relationship Communities,
Changing, Time management, Habits, Situation-Management, Money management,
Health-Management, Training of the senses.
A library – multilingual and a publishing house are there. To write a book is very
important for the personal development and the pub house offers a possibility
therefore.
Research and projects will be generated from the Academy. This is always a
possibility to train the senses, to get more know-how, to get personal experiences in

4. The holistic Treatment - Consulting
This area is dedicated to the treatment of humans and animals. There are Practices
in community for humans and Veterinaries as well. Every medicine or therapist have
their own expertise, to add their common acknowledge with respect and acceptance
to the target of holistic sight of all the themes of health.
It is important, to help humans and animals in every level – holistic- to treat them, to
coach them and to find the reasons for All, which could be on another level and
disturbs the other –Sub-levels.
1. Spiritual level, the level of Believing, Sabotages and the life patterns.
2. Mental level, level of thoughts, level of conviction mostly linkedly with the
spiritual level.
3. Emotional level, level of the feelings, emotions, responsibly for the origin of
modern illnesses, Burn out syndrome.
4. Vital energetic level, level of the life energy in the body, advances about the
meridians.
5. Material level, level of the body (structural subjects, personal ecology,
anatomy).
During the treatments there is an observation of the whole body. The area of living -
as family, profession… will be taken to the treatment-concept.
All important informations will be put into the focus, so the success of the treatments
will be guaranteed.
At the beginning of the treatment it’s necessary to answer about 4 questions, to make
sure, that all therapies are successful:
The questions deal with the regularisation ability of the body, the health readiness,

5. Personal development and Coaching
Personal development is the core of this Centre of health, as well Coaching and
Training of the senses. To work on the own health and the health of the animals, a
huge self-reflection is necessary as well as readiness to change.
The theme is to come to Responsibility, to create, to develop ideas, to train the
perceiving, to observe the feelings, to understand the body with all its messages and
much more…
Health means a Life-Project. All the themes of health will be coached and explained
about experts in this Centre of health.
Help for Self-help / support.
How can an owner of a horse support a horse which has laminitis – by his own
Changement of personality? There is a special coaching concept for this illness.
Which influence has our personality - to our health and life?
The offered areas of coaching at this time:
Health-Coaching humans and animals
Coaching of laminitis for owners of horses
Training of the senses and perceiving of humans and animals
Body - Communication about humans and animals.
Coachings will be done in the Centre nature4horses or via Internet, Skype etc.
In the Centre we are working with the mirror of the horses. That means, horses are
Coaching-partners and shows – with the mirror of their language the important,
valued themes. The academy offers a study of distance about the personal
development.

6. Equitherapy
The Equitherapy is a theme especially for children and adolescents. Horses also
worked as a coaching-partner. We look about potentials, Nature-Talents,
communication, relationships, communities, health, body-language…
There are courses as follows:

Talking and playing with horses
Riding with balance and harmony to me and nature
Horses – a mirror for the future
Mother and child (seminars about relationships in the family)

8. The Team
Every area has a responsible team, which is guided by management.
It is a team about many specialists, who have direct responsibility.
The whole team is inspired by the following philosophy:
We are optimistic, there is always a solution. We are communicating with respect and
acceptance. We are giving feedback as an observer. We try to reach our selfperformed
targets. We have a real sight about our targets and we are flexible…
We are working with pleasure and fun. We observe our feelings, “Bad” feelings are
showing us, there is not enough harmony. We accept help, to get our wellbeing
again. Nobody is perfect.
Our own development of personality is important. We are learning with pleasure and
we are open-minded.
We have trust and care for each other.
We are individuals, humans as animals.
We know about our wealth and value, anyway in which area we are working. We
reflect our performance and we are thankful.
We are living with pleasure and fun our own freedom.
In common we create this centre and bring it to success.
The team belongs to doctors, therapists, consultants, trainers, gardeners,
techniques, managers, masseurs, service-workers, farmers….
belongs to the needs of the property as well.
It is a valuable community with a high rated expertise and a high claim to the own

9. The animals and horses
The health-centre works with animals, particularly with horses as Coaching-partners
in the area of the personal-development and the Equitherapy. Besides the horses,
further pets are also included into the area of coaching.
All animals get a solid education at the ground, by the hand, by Lunge, in the
communication and under the saddle, so they can handle every situation relaxed.
Every animal gets a special education-concept.
We communicate regular with every animal to recognize blockages or sabotages, to
discover illnesses or troubles in their behave.
We also offer the opportunity for „Guest-horses“ with a monthly rate and the service
of health support. .
10. Area
Silent situation, nature, easy to reach, infrastructure, towns nearby, open community
with welcome, neighbourhoods, streets, highways, weather, close to touristical
events, the sea….
11. The property
The property has a natural character, trees, plants, natural prairie, gardens, herbs …
The buildings are as well buildings to live as for the academy, lodging, training,
conferences, treatment, lounge, stables, dependences, manages, covered round
pen.
The green area offers prairies for horses, trails, own hay, trails for ridings, hiking,
sources, lake, hiking-paths;
All with a charming atmospherically character- Welcome.
