This 3 1/2 day class will give students an overview of the control hardware and software,<br />
troubleshooting and diagnostic functions, electrical circuits, PLC troubleshooting<br />
procedures, mechanical functions, and mechanical alignment procedures of the Variaxis<br />
500, 630, and 730 machines.<br />
Students should possess knowledge of the basic functions of the Windows Operating<br />
System.<br />
Machine Alignments, Axis Construction, Spindle Construction<br />
Rotary Joint Replacement, Collet Replacement, ATC<br />
MRJ2 Troubleshooting, Data Save and Restore Procedures, Electrical Circuits Overview<br />
Servo Troubleshooting, PLC Troubleshooting, Factory Tour<br />
