This class is designed to provide both new and current users of Mazak Machining Centers<br />
with a working knowledge of the many assemblies of the machine. By providing an indepth<br />
knowledge, it will allow you to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair in a more efficient<br />
manner.<br />
Students should possess knowledge of the basic functions of the Windows Operating<br />
System.<br />
Control Overview, Mechanical Parts and Electrical Diagrams, Data Save and Restore<br />
Machine Diagnostics, MDS and MRJ2 Drive Troubleshooting<br />
Axis Assembly and Alignment, ATC, Pallet Changer<br />
Spindle Construction, Preventative Maintenance, Factory Tour<br />
Student receive Electrical Schematics, Mechanical Parts Manuals, and additional<br />
handouts related to specific topics covered in class. Lunch will be provided.<br />
