Advanced CNC Control Maintenance and<br />
PLC Troubleshooting<br />
This is a 3 1/2 day class designed to familiarize the student with the functions of the CNC<br />
Control, the PLC Ladder, and the Servo Systems on the machine. Students will learn how<br />
to display needed screens for maintenance, use control diagnostics for troubleshooting,<br />
use the Ladder to trace and troubleshoot alarms, diagnose servo and spindle problems,<br />
and backup and restore vital data.<br />
Students must have basic knowledge of troubleshooting electrical circuits. Students need<br />
to attend a Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Class before attending this class.<br />
