concord’, and is part of a description of
the playing of traditional music which
Giraldus used in both his Topography
of Ireland and Description of Wales.
The stone, a piece of Thala Beige limestone
from Tunisia, was left over from
a lettercarving workshop I taught in
Byblos, Lebanon, last year.
