BOOKING & INFORMATION
HOW TO BOOK TICKETS
Tickets for shows are available from the Box Office in the Town
Hall, Visitor Information Centre. You can visit in person or by
telephone on 01255 686633 or online at www.princestheatre.
co.uk. Tickets are also available to buy at the Box Office on
the night of the performance, but it is always best to phone
first to be sure. We accept all major credit and debit cards
except American Express. You can also buy online at www.
princestheatre.co.uk (subject to booking fee). Doors open 45
mins before show time (unless stated otherwise).
ORGANISE A GROUP NIGHT OUT
Why not organise a group night out for friends and family or
work colleagues? We can offer group booking discounts at many
performances and will provide you with publicity and other
support to help you organise a great night out. Contact the
Theatre Management team on 01255 686653 to discuss.
MOBILE PHONES
We ask that you consider others, and please ensure that your
mobile phone is switched off during performances.
FACILITIES AND ACCESS FOR
DISABLED PEOPLE
The Princes Theatre aims to be accessible and welcoming to
all and we are committed to making your visit as easy and
enjoyable as possible. Disabled adults who are unable to attend
without assistance may bring a personal assistant for free (proof
of DLA/PIP will be required). Please inform the Box Office of
any special requirements at the time of booking. The Theatre is
accessible by wheelchair and also has an induction loop system.
PARKING
High Street Car Park available from 6.00pm to 8.00am - Free
of charge.
DATA PROTECTION
We are committed to upholding the data protection principles
of good information handling practice. When processing your
booking, the box office will ask for your name, address and
telephone number and will ask if you would like to be kept
informed about forthcoming events at The Princes Theatre.
BOOKING THE THEATRE
The Princes Theatre is the ideal venue for business meetings,
corporate events, conferences, product launches, Weddings,
Christenings and Celebration of Life. We have a number of
rooms available, including a licensed bar area and we can also
provide catering and conference support services if required.
YOUR BUSINESS CAN PLAY A PART
Supporting the arts can significantly raise your business profile,
with such a wide variety of performances taking place at the
theatre, including those by the Princes Theatre Youth Company,
there are plenty of opportunities for you to become involved.
We can offer a range of sponsorship opportunities with added

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Please note tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once sold.
E-CIGARETTES
We do not permit the use of e-cigarettes or vaping indoors at the
Princes Theatre. This is in line with World Health Organisation
Guidance.
REFRESHMENTS
Bar – Our bar is open 45 minutes before the performance and
during intervals. A wide selection of drinks are available as
well as a selection of crisps, nuts, tea and coffee. We also offer
advance ordering to avoid the interval rush.
SWEETS & ICE CREAMS
A selection of sweets and ice creams are available for purchase
prior to the commencement of the show and during the interval.
Conditions: The information in this brochure is correct at the time of going
to print. Please note performance start times may vary. We reserve the right
to make alterations to the programme if necessary and will endeavour to give
ticket holders plenty of notice as and when this may occur. We cannot be held
responsible for cancellations or changes made by external promoters/hirers
of the theatre. Admission may be refused under certain circumstances and a
refund may not be made. Please check tickets at the time of purchase to ensure
they are correct.
