The most important idea <strong>to</strong> underst<strong>and</strong> is that <strong>the</strong>re is really only ONE disease; <strong>the</strong><br />

malfunction of our cells. A cell malfunction can be traced <strong>to</strong> two causes; deficiency<br />

<strong>and</strong> <strong>to</strong>xicity. By addressing <strong>the</strong>se two causes through nutrition (<strong>and</strong> stress<br />

reduction) almost all disease can be cured <strong>and</strong> reversed. The most important aspect<br />

is nutrition. It all comes down <strong>to</strong> three things; breakfast, lunch <strong>and</strong> dinner.<br />

I can remember when I was young, <strong>and</strong> how <strong>and</strong> what my family would eat. We<br />

never really gave much thought <strong>to</strong> which foods we were eating, which foods were<br />

best, or which foods should be avoided; we pretty much just ate what everyone else<br />

did. Nobody really <strong>to</strong>ld us what foods were good, we just ate what was available,<br />

what was tasty or convenient, or what our parents taught us <strong>to</strong> eat. Most of us live<br />

within strong cultural <strong>and</strong> societal boundaries which define <strong>the</strong> way we eat, our<br />

preferences <strong>and</strong> habits. It is not until only until some years ago that diet became a<br />

hot <strong>to</strong>pic, <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong>n all <strong>the</strong> confusion began!<br />

Most people that I question have quite a few diet tips, advice, or guidelines. They<br />

think <strong>the</strong>y know what <strong>to</strong> eat <strong>and</strong> strongly believe that <strong>the</strong>y know what should be<br />

done. Yet, <strong>the</strong> more I listened, <strong>the</strong> more I unders<strong>to</strong>od just how much confusion,<br />

junk-science, <strong>and</strong> “fads” have overtaken peoples’ minds. So what do you say we put<br />

an end <strong>to</strong> all <strong>the</strong> confusion? Lets crack open <strong>the</strong> fresh new underst<strong>and</strong>ing that will<br />
