and salamis, mounds<br />
of fresh cheeses and<br />

of nuts, dried fruit and<br />
honey followed by our<br />
absolutely mandatory homemade special yoghurts<br />
topped with homemade brown- bread<br />

joy in all the wonderful<br />
flavours that nature<br />
has to offer, combined<br />
with an innate curiosity,<br />
creates a steady flow<br />
of culinary surprises,<br />
always based on the<br />
fundamental principles<br />

Our restaurants are big<br />
on flavour - simple and<br />
abundant, rustic and<br />
delicious, our menu is<br />
made up of the highest<br />
quality organic fresh<br />

As is probably evident,<br />
we REALLY love our<br />
food – and spend a LOT<br />
of time sourcing it, cooking<br />

reluctance to throw any<br />
of it out. So we have<br />
asked around, collected<br />
knowledge and ideas,<br />
and perfected a number<br />
of techniques and<br />
good habits to enable us<br />
to make the very most<br />

The Junglefish lounge & bar on the rooftop offers an<br />
amazing view while serving signature cocktails, the<br />
very best in wine, beer, soft drinks and a mouth-watering<br />
bar menu of street-kitchen style snacks.<br />
Food lovers that we are, we are evolving our cooking<br />
skills to serving primarily vegetarian and<br />
pescatarian options. The rooftop will also have<br />
a steam room and sauna available for all guests.
