Installation styles<br />
#01: Perforated grille “fastened” by a wood stop, millwork,<br />
blocking, sheet-rock, etc. Blocking or a ridge within<br />
the mill-work is required for the grille to rest on.<br />
#02: Perforated grille with countersunk mounting holes<br />
on the face to facilitate the use of screws to secure the<br />
grille into place<br />
#03: Perforated grille with a welded stiffener on the<br />
back face that drops into the open space of mill-work,<br />
sheet-rock, etc. Known as the “Drop-In” style of perforated<br />
grilles.<br />
#04: Perforated grille with countersunk mounting holes<br />
on the face to facilitate the use of screws to secure the<br />
grille into place. A welded stiffener on the back face is<br />
added to increase rigidity of the grille.<br />
#05: Perforated grille mechanically fastened to an<br />
angled frame which contains countersunk mounting<br />
holes in the sidewall to facilitate the use of screws to secure<br />
the grille into place within the open space of millwork,<br />
sheet rock, etc.<br />
