FINDING YOUR
TRIBE

Have you ever felt you were a big fish
in a small pond or that you simply
didn’t belong? How many times have
you wondered, or perhaps hoped,
you’d been abandoned by your real
parents and adopted by strangers
because you felt your family was
nothing like you? If you felt like you
were the only splash of color on a
monochrome canvas, you know what
it’s like to be different.
Chances are, you have felt
misunderstood most of your life. You
may have thought you didn’t fit in or
that if you could just find a way to
blend in, your awkwardness would
end.
There’s no reason to become one of the
masses. Embrace your uniqueness and
let us help you find your tribe! When
you find more people who think like
you, we’ll be there to say, “Welcome
home!”
Parents of children diagnosed as being
on the Autism spectrum suddenly feel
alone, because they know their lives
and their children’s lives will never
be what some call normal. Spouses of
people with crippling disabilities or
terminal illnesses imagine their social
lives swiftly disappearing. There are
other things that make people feel
disconnected from their tribes.
