<strong>Broadcast</strong> quality long shotgun microphones are perfect for<br />
a wide range of Electronic Field Production (<strong>EFP</strong>) & Electronic<br />
News-gathering (<strong>ENG</strong>) applications - their high directionality<br />
and narrow pick-up pattern really help to capture distant<br />
sound, and enables the picking-out of specific sounds in a noisy<br />
environment.<br />
Being so highly directional, these extended range long<br />
shotgun mics are particularly sensitive to wind noise (natural<br />
and induced). Rycote has a range of professional products for<br />
mounting long mics, and protecting them from the effects of<br />
