Precautions for Use:
● It need a SIM traffic card, to using the GPRS network to connect the cloud
platform, while the GPRS service is provided by operators; It is suggested to
use SIM traffic card with voice and short message function, if needing short
message or calling alarm, consulting the details from related operators; Please
check the balance of phone call to ensure the normal using of data
service,consulting the details from local distributors.
● It need to set the guardian number before achieving all the function; It only
receive platfrom instruction before setting.
● Avoid approaching to other interference source, such as automobile data
recorder,interphone and other vehicle communication terminal.
● Wireless remote control can only be emergency use when the wireless burglar
alarm is out of control.
● It should be operated by professional personnel when change circuit of vehicle
and other under-control equipments. Our company will take no responsibility if
the damage of products and other property are caused by false operation.
● There is no internal repair parts in the equipment, please do not take it apart
without authorization. Please send back to our company or appointed
maintenence station.
● Please ask the service provider for the login method, download and install the
mobile phone terminal APP.

● Please swith off the equipment when entering in wireless device forbidden
area(such as airplane, medical site marked non-mobilephone using, gas
station or oil depot, military control area and areas wire wireless launch
device forbidden definitely).
● Please do no throw this product in fire or water, avoid explosion or

I. Functional Specification
1.1 Product functions
Location and tracking, anti-screened alarm, zero-voltage alarm, low-voltage
alarm, vibration alarm, movement alarm, over-speed alarm, electric fence and
trace replay.

It is especially applied to control the operation state of target and such fields as
vehicle lease and mortgage guarantee.

III. Convenient installation
3.1 Open the front cover of the equipment and insert SIM into the card slot
in a correct way; open the switch of buttery and install the front cover.
3.2 Observe the indicator light of equipment, the state of that light is VI. Working model
described as follows:

It is the default that the position information will be uploaded at 9:00

4.2 Tracking model
When the equipment is running, the position information will be
uploadedevery 30 seconds. When it is static, the heartbeat data will be
transmittedevery 3 minutes.
4.3 Model transformation
When there is an anti-dismantlement and light sensation alarm,
equipment willreport the situation to the platform and then turn into the
tracking model. Underthe situation that equipment do not receive the
order to release alarm, it will be continuous to track in 60 seconds and
then recover the standby model automatically.

When the green light turns from lighting to slow flashing, it means the work
of satellite position is normal. The blue light turns from lighting to flashing
per 3 seconds, which represents the operation of GSM is normal.

4.4 Alarm switch There are three approaches to give an alarm,
including sending messages,calling the phone and landing platform.
Each type will support one kind orvarious kinds approaches.

Note: Factory default is the low-consumption model. If users need apply
theanti-dismantlement alarm and light sensitive alarm, they can
open it by platform, APP or text order.

Text “SOS xxxxxxxxxx to send to the SIM card of equipment,
namely the guardian number. xxxxxxxxxx means the
guardian number that needs to be set. If this number is
unavailable, it means guardian numbers need to be cleaned.
Text C to send to the SIM card, namely the information of
current location that can be received by equipment.
Text Mode, 0 or Mode, 1T to send to the SIM card of
equipment, namely the real model transformation. 0 means
standby model and 1 means tracking model.
Text ITV, 30 to send to the SIM card of equipment, which
means the modification frequency of rotation time is 30
seconds and the effective range is 10-3600 seconds.

standby model will be reported two times during 8:00 am. to
8:00 pm. And the time range is 0000-2359, which shows as
00:00-23:59 and the number range is 1-48.
apn: local telecom provider apn code.
The platform server IP address and port number.
Fcbj, n1, n2, n3 are platform switch, n2 is text switch and n3
is phone switch. 1 means starting and 0 means ending.

Appendix I Fault and Elimination
Equipment Non-online
1.Inspecting the equipment signal light, it shows general server connection when
blue GSM signal light flashes once each 3 seconds; It shows SIM card loose
or poor contact when this light keep long bright, and it can be tried to shutdown
and install the SIM card again.
2.Please try to dial SIM card number if the SIM card possesses phone call
function. And it will be hung up automatically in general; It can be tried to
shutdown and install the SIM card again when it prompts power off or “can not
be connected for the moment”.
3.Please contact the technical personnel to assist disposing and rework, if both t
he blue signal light and phone call function are normal and the equipment still
be non-online.
Can not Location after Equipment Online
1.Inspecting the equipment signal light after equipment power on, it shows
successful location if the blue GPS signal light flashes once each 3 seconds; it

shows non-location if this light keep long bright, in this time, please confirm
whether GPS/beidou ceramic side is upward, whether there are metal objects
surrounding the equipmen
2.Please restrat the equipment, and set it on open ourdoor ground, supplying
power by built-in battery and Check if it can locate successfully, when
installtion and location of equipment are all correct.
3.Please contact the techinical personnel to assist disposing and rework, if it still
can not locate in open outdoor ground.
Equipment Off-line when Operation
1.Confirm if the SIM card is in arrearage at first;
2.Please try to dial SIM card number if the SIM card possesses phone call
function. And it will be hung up automatically in general, in this time, it can be
sent short message(at+wpar=reset) to the equipment for restarting; if it still can
not be on-line after restart, please check the equipment and restart manually.
3.There is possibility that the vehicle is located in underground garage and other
place with poor siginal, if the dialed phone prompts power off or “can not be
connected for the moment”. When the vehicle comes out from the underground
garage, the equipment will recover network and be on-line automatically;

4.Please contact the techinical personnel to assist disposing and rework, if it still
can not be on-line after restart the equipment manually.
The Accuracy of Satellite Location is not enough.
1.Please confirm the equipment is in on open outdoor ground or there is no metal
cover on the installation place of BDS/GPS antenna.
2.The accuracy of satellite location is about 10 m, accuracy is not enough
because the equipment has been transferred in indoors. It will be changed to
base station location in indoors, due to the double models of location including
BDS/GPS and base station. The accuracy of base station varies from 50m to
hundreds of meters according to the base station density in its environment.
The base station location can be closed on the platform.
● The purchased monthly
payment traffic card arrears before the appointed date.Charge of short
message and phone call will not be calculted in general by the monthly
payment traffic card, only providing monthly payment data traffic. Using short
message function will shorten the monthly payment duration of traffic card. All
the setting and function of this product can be operated by mobile phone APP,
WEB and other methods,it is suggested to purchase in priority.
● False Login when log in the system, appearring non-existence of this IMEI No.
or client account.Please contact the customer service and add this IMEI
account into the system.
Appendix II After-sale Service and Guarantee Lists
● The customers can choose refunding, changing or after-sale service if it appears
performance failure in this product within seven days purchasing the products.
● The customers will receive free guarantee service if it appears non-factitious
damage false within one year purchasing the products.
● The guarantee card shall be provide when need guarantee service. Our
company have the rights to handle as no guarantee, if this card can not be
provided or this card is altered privately.
● It will void guarantee if it is included in the circumstance below. And the
maintenance can be provided by our company, charging the cost price of spare
parts.
