A Word About Our Payment/Credit Policy
We accept credit card payments via Mastercard, ® Visa, ® American Express, ® or Discover ® . If you prefer, we’ll gladly invoice you once
we’ve established an appropriate credit limit. To gain credit or increase your credit limit, you will need to fill in and return the
Confidential Credit Application Form on page 7. This is required of all new customers who wish to be billed, past customers not
previously billed, or those whose orders exceed previous credit limits. Please note that all sales are subject to the terms and
conditions mentioned here and on page 8. All orders are accepted upon these conditions only.
Custom Printing Information. Your name, logo, or Universal Product Code (UPC) can be adapted to most labels. Call or write for
quotes and delivery information. See “How to Order” sections for each label type for more information. Please note we will require a
signed letter with your UPC numbers for our file to ensure accuracy. Custom quantities of tags printed are subject to a 2% under run.
No over run print or invoice charges will be practiced or applied. Custom quantities of POP elements are subject to a 10% over/under
run and other charges may apply.
Order Changes or Cancellations. MasterTag ® reserves the right to recover losses incurred due to the change or cancellation of a
custom label order that has been partially or wholly produced.
Return Policy. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Requests for adjustments must be made within 30 days of
shipment. There will be a 25% restocking charge on all customer returns of salable stock items.
Shipping Information. Prices are FOB Montague, Michigan. Unless a method is specified, we will ship your order the most
economical way possible. Actual shipping charges and a handling charge of $5.95 will appear on your invoice. Orders to Alaska and
Hawaii will be shipped the most cost effective method, unless specified otherwise by customer.
Credit Terms. Our terms are net 30 days with approved credit (see page 7 for Confidential Credit Application form). After the due
date, an account service charge of 1.5% per month ($0.50 minimum), 18% per annum, or the highest allowed by state law, will be
applied.
Returned Check Policy. A $20.00 charge will be applied to all returned checks.
