EMERGENCY APPEAL – We will be collecting today for those affected by the floods in Kerala.
Please put donations in the copper pots at the back of church. If you can gift aid, please
use a Christian Aid envelope. SMR has become a Christian Aid Emergency Church – so
we contribute directly to Christian Aid rather than via DEC. DEC distribute funds
between partner charities, including Christian Aid, who work with local partners in places
of crisis.
THE FUNERAL of Dr Geoffrey Burton is here on Mon, 3 Sept at 12 noon. Our condolences to
his family and friends.
MICHAEL VOOGHT will be retiring as one of our associate clergy later this year, with his final
mass taking place on Sun 23 Sept. To thank him for his dedication, we would like to get
him a nice retirement gift. If you would like to make a contribution, please give
donations to the Church Wardens or the Parish Office.
WELCOME BACK to Dan and our Choirs from their Sabbatical and summer break!
empty or with donations), By making a monetary donation towards a backpack
