DSG HIRES PAUL KENNEDY AS NEW CEO
DSG has added Paul Kennedy as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Starting June 11, Kennedy
will lead DSG’s management efforts and oversee the company’s business operations. He
will be based out of DSG’s Plymouth, Minnesota, office but will also spend considerable
time at DSG’s 33 locations throughout Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and
Wisconsin.
Before joining DSG, most recently Kennedy served as President and COO of Midwestbased
First Supply. Prior to that, he spent 20 years in progressively senior management
roles with Westburne Supply, Ferguson Enterprises and Woseley in Canada. Tracing his
roots, Kennedy’s career began as a Navy Intelligence Officer, then shifted to management
of a plumbing and HVAC contractor in upper Minnesota. He’s been part of the trade
industries ever since.

FIRST SUPPLY APPOINTS NEW CHIEF
OPERATING OFFICER
First Supply is pleased to announce
the appointment of Mike Meiresonne
to the role of chief operating officer of
its distribution company.
After joining First Supply,
Meiresonne has been on a steady
progression through the regional and
corporate ranks, including branch
management, sales management,
general management and director of
sales and marketing,

honored to accept the position of COO –
Distribution at First Supply,” Meiresonne said. “The company has a
firm foundation and a prestigious legacy of over 120 years to build
upon. Spending my entire professional career in this industry
has allowed me to recognize and embrace the ever-changing

and innovative ways of enhancing the customer experience.”
Meiresonne will be based out of the distribution headquarters
in Madison, Wisconsin, and will report directly to the chairman
and CEO, Joe Poehling.
