I hope you had a wonderful summer. <strong>Fall</strong> is fast approaching and the kids are headed back to school.<br />
The weather in Cochrane can change at any time. Stay warm and avoid slipping on the ice. Walk/run on<br />
the indoor track, visit the Climbing Centre, join us for public skating and sticks & pucks/rings, work out<br />
in the fully equipped Fireside of Cochrane Fitness Centre, soak in the hot tub and ride a slide in the<br />
Jayman BUILT Aquatic Centre, or participate in an instructor led class (aquasize, spin, yoga, boot camp,<br />
martial arts and more).<br />
We hope that you will make SLS FSC a part of your fall & winter plans. Drop-in or purchase a membership.<br />
You have 3 membership options; an Aquatic Membership, a Fitness Membership or a Facility Wide<br />
Membership that includes both Aquatic/Fitness. Ask our friendly guest services staff for more<br />
information.<br />
