Training, support and
roadshows will be provided
to all workers to ensure
that everyone knows how
to operate their devices,
use their collaboration
technology, and knows
the etiquette for joining or
hosting a meeting online.
Meetings will be
recorded and transcribed
automatically, actions will
be captured and stored
automatically, conversations
will be translated in real time
for non-English speakers
and all meeting data will be
stored and easily accessible
by the host team.
Office desks and meeting
rooms will be equipped
with furniture, speakers
and microphones to
maximise the collaboration
experience during short or
long meetings, workshops,
or other events.

Conference rooms will be equipped
with smart screens that will run the
meeting for you, welcome you to
the meeting, connect with other
rooms for you, and provide smartboards
that can be worked upon in
multiple locations.
Workers will be equipped
with devices that easily
connect employees and
external parties on a
single virtual platform,
with robust audio and
video technology.
