General Residential Information<br />
Laundry<br />
Laundry machines are located in the lower level <strong>of</strong> buildings 112/114. The laundry machines run via card access<br />
and a machine is conveniently located in the mall area across from public safety that dispenses cards and allows<br />
you to reload money onto the card. Pre-loaded cards can be purchased in the Office <strong>of</strong> Housing and Residential life<br />
for a limited time. The College is not responsible for lost or damaged clothing caused by the use <strong>of</strong> the laundry<br />
facilities. If the washer or dryer is inoperative, please fill out a maintenance request and turn it in to Maintenance.<br />
Please contact housing staff so that an out <strong>of</strong> service notice can be placed on the equipment. In the meantime, we<br />
encourage our <strong>Student</strong>s to be proactive and put up a note stating “Out <strong>of</strong> Service.”<br />
Mail<br />
Every resident is issued a mailbox and campus mailing address. Mailboxes are located in the Mall area across from<br />
Alumni Hall. All mail will be delivered to this campus box including correspondence from pr<strong>of</strong>essors Monday–<br />
Friday. It is important that you check your mailbox daily. All packages too large to fit in your mailbox are delivered<br />
to the Housing <strong>of</strong>fice. A package slip will be placed in your mailbox as notification that your package has arrived.<br />
You will need this package slip and a photo ID to sign for and receive your package. If you have lost your mailbox<br />
combination or are experiencing trouble opening your mailbox, please seek assistance at the Housing <strong>of</strong>fice.<br />

Constitution Day<br />
Every year on September 17 th , the Office <strong>of</strong> Financial Aid marks the signing <strong>of</strong> the final draft <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Constitution by putting on a program and/or event. A federal law enacted in December 2004 designates<br />
September 17 th as “Constitution Day and Citizenship Day” to commemorate the signing <strong>of</strong> the U.S.<br />
Constitution on September 17, 1787. Under this law, every school that receives federal funding for the<br />
fiscal year is required to hold an educational program for students designed around the Constitution<br />
To celebrate Constitution Day, the Office <strong>of</strong> Financial Aid invites you to test your knowledge <strong>of</strong> the most<br />
important legal document ever created by finding out What’s your Constitution I.Q.? Take this fun, five<br />
minute quiz and spread the word! Find out more facts about the Constitution at<br />

<strong>Student</strong> <strong>Conduct</strong> Process<br />
All violators <strong>of</strong> these rules and regulations shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action. Additionally, any<br />
occupant <strong>of</strong> a residence unit who fails to comply with the terms or conditions <strong>of</strong> the Housing Agreement or any<br />
