2014: Bowling Green’s James Knapke and Roger Lewis linked up on a 78-yard touchdown pass with 1:04 left to<br />
give the Falcons a 33-28 victory over South Alabama in the inaugural game. That score came only one play<br />
after the home-state Jaguars had taken their first lead of the game in their first-ever bowl game.<br />
2015: For the second straight year, the Raycom <strong>Media</strong> Camellia Bowl was decided in the final minute of the game;<br />
App State kicker Zach Matics’ 23-yard field goal as time expired gave the Mountaineers a 31-29 win over<br />
Ohio; last year, Bowling Green quarterback James Knapke threw a 78-yard TD pass to Roger Lewis with 1:04<br />
left in the game to give the Falcons a 33-28 win over South Alabama.<br />

on a 78-yard bomb to Roger Lewis with only 1:04 left that gave his team a 33-28 win over South<br />
Alabama. Knapke, who took over as BGSU starter in the season opener, also had 24 rushing yards and was<br />
named the inaugural game’s MVP.<br />
Roger Lewis, WR, Bowling Green, 2014 -- Had two long touchdown grabs among his four catches for 137 yards<br />
in the Falcons’ 33-28 win over South Alabama. His last catch covered 78 yards on a one-play drive and<br />
gave his team the final margin.<br />
Maleki Harris, LB, South Alabama, 2014 -- Set a school record with 18 tackles, including three for minus<br />
yardage, in his team’s 33-28 loss to Bowling Green in the inaugural game.<br />
Brandon Bridge, QB, South Alabama, 2014 -- Completed 20-of-37 passes for 279 yards and one touchdown and<br />
also rushed for 41 yards and another score in his team’s 33-28 loss to Bowling Green.<br />

Middle Tennessee defeated Arkansas State in the highest scoring game in Raycom <strong>Media</strong> Camellia Bowl history.<br />
Arkansas State (7-5) ran 97 plays and piled up 462 total yards, but the Blue Raiders defense made plays in key<br />
situations to earn the win. Middle Tennessee (7-6) had nine pass breakups, six sacks and forced three turnovers in<br />
the win. The Blue Raiders closed the game with back-to-back sacks to thwart the Red Wolves final attempt at a<br />
last second win.<br />
