In case of fire or other emergency, it’s important to get out of your home - quickly. Don’t stop to look for<br />
your pets. Leave that to your parents and the professionals. Tell them how many pets you have and where<br />
they are in your home.<br />
But what if you’re not home when there’s an emergency? You can still let emergency workers know<br />
who’s inside. Fill in the form above. Then color the rest if it using bright, eye-catching colors. Laminate the<br />
form or cover it in clear contact paper. Then place it in a window or on an outside door at home. If you don’t<br />
have a pet, color and give this form to a neighbor.<br />
