are available to help anticipate needs and exceed expectations.<br />
With HotSOS, Team Members and assets are better managed<br />
thereby reducing costs and increasing efficiency.<br />
4. Service Optimisation and Housekeeping solutions also have<br />
the tools to create personalised, unique experiences that go<br />
beyond the expected.<br />
5. Preferences of frequent travellers are recorded so the hotel can<br />
anticipate their needs. They even provide for special recognition of<br />
VIPs with enhancements such as turndown service and amenity<br />

HOTSOS IMPLEMENTATION<br />
1. The hotel will ensure that all guest and all internal requests<br />
are logged in HotSOS at all times. Entries are promptly inserted<br />
through the HotSOS accessible terminals and alternative channels,<br />
such as in-house telephone sets and wireless-enabled portable<br />
products.<br />
2. <strong>Park</strong> <strong>Plaza</strong> Guest Services will be the custodian of the system<br />
entries monitoring and responses.<br />
3. The following Hotel services will have a HotSOS console<br />
and a dedicated Coordinator:<br />
