around the District FULLERTON TRANSFORMER REPLACEMENT Loup Power District employees completed a months-long project to convert the town of Fullerton to 12.5kV. The final step was replacing the Fullerton substation transformer on September 13. The conversion matches the District’s standard voltage and will be more reliable and efficient.
