THERMAL DEFENSE WRAP
> Product Description
Thermal Defense Wrap prevents the
passage of fire and smoke between fire
rated compartments where there is a
service penetration. It is an easy to use
product designed to maintain necessary
insulation on services and prevent
temperature rise of service on the cold
face. The wrap remains flexible at normal
temperatures to permit thermal and
mechanical movement of the services
without causing cable to overheat and
deteriorate. It causes no known adverse
effects to plastic pipes, plastic cables,
sheathing or metallic components. Thermal
Defense Wrap is based on ceramic
technology with bio-soluble, vitreous
fibres and flexible organic binders that
will maintain compartmentalization for

flexible and water resistant. Halogen free,
resists fungi and vermin. For installation a
300mm length is required on each side of
the service.

FIRE PILLOWS X-SERIES
> Product Description
X-Series Fire Pillows are designed to provide
an effective fire barrier, on a temporary or
permanent basis, for services which are subject
to frequent changes or replacement. The fire
pillows consist of a waterproof glass cloth bag
containing organic fillers and intumescent
additives. Pillows can be added, removed or
rearranged in an aperture to accommodate to
the needs of the situation and have been tested
with metallic pipes, cables, cable bunches, cable
trays and cable ladders.

Tested in block wall, concrete and masonry walls
and concrete floors up to 1m² area and suitable
for indoor and outdoor locations pillows remain
flexible between –20°C to +130°C. Non-toxic,
easy to install and with a 25 year lifespan. Three
sizes of X-Series fire pillow are available; please
ensure that the correct pillow is installed to suit
the opening size.
