Firstly, I would like to welcome you to the official
ENDEAVOUR magazine.
Over a number of years, we have seen this organization
grow from cities to states to countries and as a team, I
really wanted to be able
to find a centralized media
to be able to let everyone
who works so hard within
the organization have the
availability of all the news,
success and expansion
stories at the tip of
everyone’s finger tips. This
magazine will come in both
a printed and, seeing as it’s
the 21st Century, electronic
format for further availability
if required.
Over the past few months we have seen promotions
and expansions into new markets that we have never
ventured into before, whether that is a city or state, but also
moving into new client markets across the organization.
In the magazine, you will have the chance to be able to
catch up on all the major expansions and the well-earned
promotions that have happened across the organization
over the past few months, including valuable information
and top tips to help everyone within the organization
achieve their goals.
Following on from the success stories within the group,
we also appreciate that we have hundreds of budding
entrepreneurs operating within the organization as well,
because of that I am very conscious that this doesn’t
become just an “industry” magazine, but is also helpful to
future entrepreneurs in other aspects of the business world.
I would like to thank everyone that has taken their time
to contribute to the first edition of the magazine, and if
everyone who is reading the magazine is able to take just
one piece of information that will help them live a more
successful future, then the magazine was 100% worthwhile.
Finally, if there is anything
you like, dislike or would
like to see added in future
editions please feel free to
contact us and we will try to
make this the magazine you
want to read.
entrepreneur articles in future editions.
Congratulations again
to everyone within the
organization for giving us
the success stories to make
this edition possible, and
I look forward to reading
all the success stories and
I really wanted to be able to find a
centralized media to be able to let everyone
who works so hard within the organization
have the availability of all the news,
success and expansion stories at the tip of
everyone’s finger tips.
EXPANSION
& GROWTH
WITH BRANDON WHITE
KATE
SHARKOVA
OWNER | EVOLUTION MPC
We spoke with Brandon White on his
expansion into Miami and what’s next for
Equilibrium Marketing Solutions.
Why did you choose to expand the
EQ Organization into Miami?
We picked to open in Miami for several different reasons.
First being client demand met and exceeded what was
needed to open an office. I also saw an opportunity to
make our EQ base in Florida’s largest city. Miami will be
the flagship location for the EQ Organization.
What new innovations have you
utilized to build the Miami location?
We’ve made quite a few changes in the structure of the
day. When we looked at offices, instead of looking at
an office and saying this won’t work, we said how do
we make this work. Working with WeWork has been
fantastic thus far and gives us a lot of flexibility. This
cuts down on a lot of wasted space most of which we
don’t utilize during business hours. But in doing so we
have made some adjustments. We are putting more
responsibility on the leaders to schedule their week and
When building a new city what are
your priorities?
RECRUITMENT! As we’ve upped our recruitment from
our first few weeks we can feel the momentum building.
So, whether that be ad placement, office environment,
admin retention, etc. The focus is all about getting more
B. A’s out in the field. But only if you have the averages
you need first.
With the organization growing,
where is next?
I came to the United States in 2007 to play basketball
at Lake Region State College and the University of
North Dakota. After graduation, I was looking for an
opportunity to develop my marketing skills. In 2012, I
found that opportunity at Endeavour Global in New York
City in the charities division. A year later I moved with
Chris Rudge to expand into Philadelphia and switched over
to the home efficiency division were I eventually stepped
into the energy division. In Philadelphia, I recruited Laura
Slane to my team and when Chris expanded to San Diego in
2014 we moved with him and went back into charities. Here
is where I really built my sales team fully in San Diego, and
got promoted to Ownership in 2017. With an investment from
Chris Rudge and Brandon White I set out on the next chapter
to open and run an office in Tucson Arizona with David
Kamara. After building our new office up and a year and a half
later I decided to take on a new challenge and moved to Salt
Lake City to take my opportunity to the next level.
TOP TIPS
become more flexible with hours in the office. Although,
We want to open two more locations in Florida before
it’s not perfect YET, we feel it could be a game changer
Play your own game.
moving on to another state. Jacksonville and Orlando
for us moving forward.
My goals are mine and No one will stop me
are the next two probables but will be based on the
from hitting them apart from myself.
4
client demand.
5
1
2
3
Logic over emotion.
Sales and marketing is a very logical
business and if you stay logical you will get
where you need to be.
Sales and promotions are by products of
following the process.
If I follow the process the outcome will come.

FROM THE LEADERS | KWAUNDEL SMITH
FROM THE LEADERS | KYLE MCCULLOCH
KWAUNDEL
SMITH
TAMPA
We spoke with Kwaundel Smith
on his goals in Tampa and
the journey that lead him here...
Your journey started in
Philadelphia, tell us a little about
your time there? And what you
achieved?
I won The Philly cup, a trip to England, and a Rising Star
Award. Being fresh and new to the business I embraced
the business and had no idea what I was getting myself
into. But I enjoyed the environment had fun while making
money.
What was next for you after Philly?
San Diego was next for me and there I went through
the growing pains of learning and understanding the
business. In San Diego, there was a lot of fun, amazing
road trips mini office, seven different campaigns I
worked on. Here I built self confidence that I can get
results anywhere when you apply the systems. Created
belief in myself and the business.
What is your main goal now that
you are in Tampa? How will you
reach this goal?
To focus on the process and daily routine creating
momentum within the office. Planning little things that
matter like: KPIs, averages, scoring ratios, site trends and
impacts, these tell you how to get better. We hold team
meetings at least once every 3-5 weeks which helps to
create culture, bonds, and vision helping to create belief
which creates a following. The most important is being
the example, know what your business needs provide
it! Every business has problems and the guys who solve
them will lead their teams in the right direction creating a
following.
What is your top tip?
It’s Your Business Take Care of It.
PROMOTION
TO ASSISTANT OWNERSHIP | KYLE MCCULLOCH
All I could see was being an east-coaster with some dead-end
job for the rest of my life. So, I packed my bags and decided to
leave New Jersey, my home for 24 years and try my luck at a
better life in San Diego. Using the skills, I (remove had) learned
through the hospitality industry and working in a recording
studio I stumbled upon Endeavour Global. Here I was granted an
amazing opportunity, a chance to be my own boss and develop
in an industry I had never tried my hand at before. I struggled
at first and was faced with many challenges and self-doubt but
I kept my eyes on the prize and persevered. It’s been two years
now and I can honestly say I’m not the same person as when I
first started in the slightest. This opportunity has changed the
way I think, the way I interact, but more importantly the way I
see myself. Through the challenges and hard work put in, I’ve
suddenly found myself on the verge of something great. But I
could not have done it alone. I hold my team second to none
in this industry. Every day that goes by we learn more about
each other and how to help each other achieve our wildest
dreams together. It’s the family we have become that makes us
so strong. Everybody on the team has played an integral part
in the success we create and all our passion for hard work and
positivity is why we have gotten this far.
As an Assistant Owner, I view my role in leadership more
important than ever. Learning to manage a large group of
people came easily when I knew how to work it out from the
outside looking in. What I mean by that is to step back and look
at the team and how to progress as a unit. Thinking about the
big picture and managing the people closest to you and giving
them a roadmap on how to manage everybody else has been
one of the most helpful skills I could have learned. In a people
business, you need to understand what people need, when
they need it, and how to efficiently deliver on your promises.
The biggest piece of advice I can give anyone building a team
is to hold yourself accountable always. By doing so you can set
a standard and culture on your team for everyone to follow.
Considering the future, the sky is the limit for my team, my
business, and myself. I couldn’t be more optimistic or excited
as to where this adventure will take me. If I had to leave you
with three major tips they would be as follows:
First, create a culture of beliefs and values on your team
that will bring you together as one and create a force to be
reckoned with in the office.
Second, stay true to yourself and your goals and always hold
yourself accountable to what it is you want to achieve.
And finally, always believe you have what it takes to succeed.
Confidence and self-belief are, in my eyes the most important
qualities to possess because wherever life may take you,
Find Ways to Win!
nobody has the right to tell you can’t do anything in life.
FROM THE LEADERS | DANIEL SAVORY
FROM THE LEADERS | SUKHI RUDGE
TOP SELLER
SUKHI RUDGE
TIPS
DANIEL SAVORY | TEAM LEADER
I was born and raised in Norfolk,
England which is a very rural part
of the country so I’m a bit of a farm
boy. I grew up playing football or
soccer as it’s called in the U.S. and
working on the farm for my dad. It
was in the summer of 2011 that I made
the move to the U.S. as I received
a soccer scholarship to attend a
school in West Virginia; I know, how
did I end up there? I graduated in
2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in
Sports Management and Business
Administration. After graduation,
I moved to San Diego where I
completed a Master’s degree in
Leadership at the University of San
Diego.
Tips for being a top seller:
I always have a goal in mind of what
I want to achieve. Remembering my
goal each day and why I’m doing this
drives me forward to learn how I can
be better. What I love about what we
do is that there is no limit to what can
be achieved; we could have a recordbreaking
day out in the field, but
there could be have been more and
therefore I’m looking to do more, that’s
what keeps me pushing. I see myself
as a student and am always trying to
learn something new every day and
use that knowledge to build my future.
countries and have been for 30
years gives me great confidence
that they work. And combining
this with the confidence I have in
my own ability to adapt and work
hard in the environment I am in is
one of the reasons I have been
successful out in the field. I just
follow the process and the systems
every day in the field; of course, we
have ups and downs, everybody
does, it’s the nature of the business
but I am consistent because I have
a consistent process and in turn my
outcome is consistent.
We have a huge network of people
that are there to help and I think it’s
important to remember that we are
in a unique company that wants to
see everyone succeed. Most other
companies allow for one or two
promotions and therefore valuable
information will not always be shared.
Our company wants everyone to more
forward and gives the promotion
opportunity to everyone who walks
through the door. The reason I bring
this up is because I want to listen
to success stories and pieces of
information from others because they
are providing me this information so
that we can both improve and build
our future. This is not an environment
your position, this is an environment
where we can share experiences and
information to become better together.
Finally, I trust my owner and my leader. I
trust that the people have come before
me have the experience to guide me
in the right direction, I trust that the
information they provide me is for my
benefit and to help get me where I want
to be. I take their advice on board and
with the self-belief that I have I know we
can achieve our goals.
RECRUITMENT
Recruitment is one of the most important parts of the business
without new people starting in the company we can’t pass on
the opportunity to current and future employees. Every phone
call is important since we don’t know who is going to be the
next new star in the company.
Employing the right people for our business is a very important
part of your organization. It is essential to have a good
recruitment process to attract the right kind of employees for
our business needs. A good recruitment process can minimize
the time involved in the searching, interviewing, hiring and
training. Always take your time with every recruit and show
them they are important we want to stand out from other
companies.
Daily and weekly meetings with
your Managing Director are vital to
understand:
Number of new starts for the next week.
Number of leaders who can train.
Work out your numbers backwards from your retention
to figure out how many 1st interviews and OBS are
needed to hit new start goal.
Understanding the ad posting process and how many
ads bring in X number of resumes to ensure you can hit
People are starting in the company because we have an
opportunity. For people to move forward in the company
we absolutely must start new people. Recruitment adds
momentum to your office since a new person can become
the STAR in the company and show current people what is
possible. Once an office is moving forward everyone wants to
be part of the team which helps to grow the office faster and
hence people get promoted quicker, hence more offices open.
Retention after you hire is key to
achieve promotions and for the office to
grow and move forward.
Retention is all about keeping good people and how you
manage them. You can use many different strategies to
improve your retention rates by looking at the following areas
of your business:
Work environment
location, variety, flexibility, culture
Knowing that the systems we have that you need to look over your
When the proper recruitment process is established and
in place are used in over 20 different shoulder at someone coming for
followed the impact is massive.
8 9
your goal.
Understand the qualities the person needs to have to
recruit them.
Ensure you and your Managing Director are
communicating about recruitment goals.
Financial
base salary, incentive, bonuses, options, benefits, recognition
Personal
quality of work, skills, training, self-leadership, opportunities
Relationships
owners, managers, peers, mentors, customers
Always be confident you have a job and now are helping
others to get a job too. You are providing an opportunity that
could change someone’s life.
Most importantly have FUN!!

A CHAT WITH
A CANADIAN
We sat down with Canadian Owner Curtis Veitch CEO
of Pinnacle RPM. We talk about his story, why leading by
example is important and tips to polish your skills.
Tell us your story?
Originally being from a small town working class family in
Saskatchewan I moved out of home at a very young age
to start playing hockey at a high level. I originally moved
to Toronto when I turned 20 in the off season to focus on
training and to better my chances of playing pro hockey
over seas the following year. After injuries unfortunately
finished my career I was personally recruited by my
older brother to join the business. I was fortunate to be
able to figure the sales part of our industry very quickly
and after three days in the company I was promoted to
leader. I started building my team right away - I mean,
why wouldn’t I? It’s an amazing opportunity and I wanted
to take advantage of everything. I was promoted to
crew leader after three months. Assistant owner after
five months and full ownership in less than a year. Since
being promoted I have opened several offices through
Canada and we’re looking to solidify four ownership
promotions by the middle of summer! I also have goals
to expand my organization across every major city in
Canada within the next ten years and becoming a huge
player in the Appco industry.
I hear you are quite the BEAST in
the field, tell us about that?
from your team and shows new recruits where the
standards need to be. I still continue to get into the
field as much as possible and make sure that I’m
setting the pace when I do!
Any tips you would give to
those working on their skills?
Have a great work ethic! Work the Law of Averages everyday
and believe in it! The harder you work the luckier you get and
don’t be scared to work hard. It will pay off.
Have a great attitude! Perception is everything and whether
you think you can or think you can’t you’re always going to
be right. Energy! People can always tell when you’re upbeat
and you’re having a good day. They can also tell when you’re
down and having a slow day. The key is to act like you’re
having a good day in order for the results to follow. It’s a copy
cat business. Make sure you’re surrounding yourself with the
right people doing well in sales and copy them! Add your own
personality and you will be flying in no time.
What do you want to gain from
working with the Americans?
I’m very fortunate to be working with the Americans! There’s
a ton of experience in this country and there’s a lot of great
examples in sales. Ideally, I’d love to tap into their success
Ha-ha thanks, well we are a sales company aren’t we!?
important in what we do so having my team in Canada mixed
Being a pace setter in the field is the most important
in with the successes of everyone in America it’s naturally
role as the leader in this organization. I feel that
going to help us build on what we already have and make us
leadership needs to start at the front so while I built my
that much better. Chris Rudge is an amazing Country Head
Do you have what it takes to join the elites?
team I made sure to high role the office every week
and I’m very lucky to have him now as one of my mentors to
