online, a new survey reveals that 93% of shoppers prefer local
and small retailers over large national chains.
Convenience stores in Wales continue to diversify the range of
products and services offered to consumers. This has made the
sector more relevant than ever to every type of consumer, from
tech savvy millennials who are re-defining what convenience
means to them, through a growing population of older customers
who continue to rely on the local shop for essential products
and services, and daily social interaction.
