How long is the <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> <strong>Franchise</strong><br />
Agreement for?<br />
Your investment franchise agreement will run for an<br />
indefinite period with each drink station contract<br />
lasting a period of 10 years.<br />
Will I get a certificate of ownership?<br />
Yes, you will receive a certificate of ownership for the<br />
drink station(s) you purchase.<br />
From the date of purchase, how long will it be<br />
before my Drinks Station(s) is located?<br />
Within 60 days of us receiving the signed Agreement<br />
and receipt of funds.<br />
Where will my CAFÉLAVISTA Drinks Station be<br />
located?<br />
You can recommend locations for your drinks station.<br />
However If your recommendations have not entered<br />
into our site partner agreement, or does not meet our<br />
minimum average cup criteria, we will site your<br />
CAFÉLAVISTA Drinks Station in the best location at the<br />
time of delivery for maximum profits.<br />
What if the Site Location is under performing on<br />
cup sales?<br />
Our site partners are also party to our agreement and<br />
should the required average cup sales fail to meet our<br />
targets we have the right to relocate your drinks<br />
station.<br />
Can I sell my financial interest<br />
in a <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> <strong>Franchise</strong>?<br />
Yes, you can sell your <strong>Business</strong><br />
<strong>Partner</strong> <strong>Franchise</strong> however, we<br />
reserve the right to approve the<br />
new owner.<br />
Do we offer a buy back scheme?<br />
No, however we will assist you in arranging the sale of<br />
your franchise/drinks station via our database of<br />
contacts.<br />
Is Finance Available?<br />
Yes, we can introduce you to a 3rd party finance<br />
company, or, you can discuss this investment with<br />
most banks subject to their lending criteria.<br />
How do I monitor my results?<br />
We have developed a cutting-edge, web based app<br />
giving 100% transparency of sales, income reports and<br />
a whole host of servicing reports giving you total peace<br />
of mind.<br />
Who maintains the CAFÉLAVISTA Drinks Station and<br />
how often is it maintained?<br />
Our local service engineers maintain your drinks<br />
station(s) under a full repair and servicing maintenance<br />
agreement. They are also party to a profit-sharing<br />
agreement on the average cup sales. It is always in<br />
their best interest to keep the drinks station fully<br />
operational. Site location partners are also responsible<br />
for daily cleaning, re-stocking etc.<br />
If the CAFÉLAVISTA Drinks Station breaks down –<br />
what happens?<br />
Our local service engineers are on hand for emergency<br />
repairs normally within 24 hours of a breakdown being<br />
