Why are there different price per cup tiers on the
profit share?
We have designed a profit-sharing arrangement for all
parties on a banded scale as we believe each party
should be rewarded at different levels of the average
cup sales i.e as a Business Partner you will receive a
greater share of the profit in the earlier stages of cup
sales whereas the role is then reversed to the Site
Partner to encourage greater average cup sales.
Can I have more than one CAFÉLAVISTA Drinks
Station?
Yes, you can own multiple CAFÉLAVISTA Drinks Stations.
You can also benefit from generous discounts for
multiple purchases.
Do I have to be VAT registered?
You do not have to be VAT registered. However, it may
be more tax advantageous to you if you register for VAT
as you can then reclaim the VAT paid on your initial
investment. We recommend you seek professional
accountancy advice on this matter.
I run a business with good footfall, can I have my
Drinks Station located there?
Yes, subject to a satisfactory site survey, you can then
benefit from both the Business Partner and Site
Partner incomes.

How often is the profit share paid on the
