11th Congressional
since 2013. Foster
He beat Republican
District is in Will County,
where he received 64,954
“I was looking forward
to calling the race from
the vote from Will County
alone, and it looks like
that’s what happened,” he
said.
His biggest victory margin
was in Kane County,
though, where he took 71.16
votes to Foster’s 895 in all
four precincts.
“It feels so far that it’s
likely to be my biggest victory
to date, and I’m just really
gratified that all of the
work that I put in for the
people I represent has been
recognized,” Foster said.
