Nestled in the heart of Amish Country, Ohio
resides P. Graham Dunn, crafters of art and
home décor. What started over forty years
ago as a side project on the streets of New
York City has blossomed into a nationwide
business, serving thousands of accounts
throughout the country. Rooted in humble
beginnings, the family-owned business has
remained nimble and continued to adapt to
an ever-changing gift industry.
A typical day in the factory begins
before the sun rises. Many employees are
transported in vans that start their routes
just before 5:00am. Upon arrival, employees
are quick to begin their duties, or relieve
others that have completed their shift.
Taking pride in each step of the process,
our team pushes to excel – whether that be
in milling, assembly, finishing, packaging,
or shipping. Many of our supervisors have
been with the company for over ten years
and lead each of their departments with
positive affirmation and grace.
Owner and founder, Peter Dunn, still heavily
involved in the business, walks the factory
floor every day – checking in with each
department and many of the employees.
His goal is to seek out efficiencies, gauge
employee morale, and to be a listening ear.
Throughout the remainder of his day he
works alongside our production, sales, and
marketing teams with a heavy emphasis
on exploring new products and pushing the
boundaries of domestic manufacturing.
The road has been long, and often times
challenging, but it’s the response to those
challenges that have made the difference for
the company. P. Graham Dunn faces each
new challenge with resilience and tenacity
because we believe in what we do. Our
passion for creativity runs deep in our veins
and our desire to uplift and inspire through
our handiwork will never grow old – it’s this
passion that brought us this far, and it’s the
same that will drive us into the future.
With another product introduction, comes a
time for reflection and appreciation for our
customers, our employees, and the blessings
we have received. We couldn’t do what we
