LeAnne Miller, eighteen, has been with P. Graham Dunn
for two-and-a-half years. Her favorite part about
working here is the great people with whom she gets to
work. LeAnne has a sister, Sharon, who is fifteen, and
also works at P. Graham Dunn. LeAnne and Sharon both
ride the company van to and from work. LeAnne runs our
computerized corrugated box-making machine, which
she effortlessly operates.
She and Linda Miller, our purchasing agent, were
instrumental in recently negotiating a new contract
with our cardboard supplier. It resulted in 25% annual
savings. LeAnne enjoys riding horses, reading books,
taking walks, and, on occasion, fishing and hunting.
A little-known fact about LeAnne is that she was born
premature, weighing three pounds, nine ounces, and
was sixteen inches long. She’s come a long way since
then.
IVA GINA MILLER WEAVER
Gina Weaver, twenty-three, hails from Fredericksburg.
She is smack dab in the middle of seven siblings. She’s
been with us for nearly two years. Prior, she worked for a
furniture manufacturer where she developed her desktop
computer skills. With this experience, she was wellequipped
to assist our plant foreman, Robert Shetler.
Gina, along with Robert and Brenda Miller, monitor and
manage the manufacturing side of our ERP system.
Gina is well-known for going the second and third mile
for the company, and often works late into the evenings.
During the installation of our new ERP system, she was
the only Amish employee who came in on Ascension Day
to work on setting up the system. She is committed, and
she’s thorough. Gina loves to read, has been known to
compose poetry, and, when she has nothing better to do,
will stop by the local coffee shop “to keep my social life
from completely expiring!”
LEANNE MILLER
Her favorite part about working at P. Graham Dunn:
“I’ve gotten to know a lot of good people here, which
is a big part of why I enjoy coming to work. In order
of importance, the snack drawer in my desk would be a
close second though!”
